Public Records Request

The City of Sumpter provides the following ways for you to submit your public records request.

 

Hand Delivery or Mail

You may request a form from the City Hall or download the document from this page. The records request can be mailed or hand delivered during City Hall office hours.

 

Written Form

You may submit a public records request by filling out the required form. This form can be submitted to any Council Member via email, in person or mailing in the form.

 

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing and the fee to be paid to the City.
