Sumpter- 06/05/25: Effective June 05, 2025 the City Fire status will be elevated to YELLOW. This mean No ground/debris fires allowed, No burn barrel fires allowed. ATTENDED recreational fires ONLY. Please make sure the surrounding area is cleared of combustible vegetation and debris. The City Hall will not be issuing any new burn permits at this time. If you have any questions please call the City Hall during regular business hours.
